SUNSHINE VILLAGE TALENT CENTER
Message
In Vietnam, what concerns us is not how academically gifted children are, but whether they truly understand themselves.
Because even many adults struggle with the questions:
Who am I?
What am I good at?
What path is right for me?
These confusions stem from:
Not seeing one's true value and talents,
Not understanding one's own personality to live harmoniously with others,
Not being properly guided from a young age,
Unhealed family wounds.
We believe that a child who is understood early will become a happy adult—not struggling to find themselves in loneliness.
That is why Sunshine Village Learning & Development Center was created.
Philosophy
This is not just an extracurricular center.
This is a journey of healing, discovery, and self-discovery for each child.
Here, we:
Not just teach talents
We don't stop at 3-4 individual art forms or skills.
We help children find themselves
Understanding personality and temperament
Identifying strengths and weaknesses
Discovering innate talents
Developing true passions
Shaping personal identity
We partner with parents
Providing understanding, parenting skills, and support at every stage of their child's development.
Parents no longer have to "grope around," but have companions at the right time and in the right way.
We create 40 paths for children to discover themselves
Each subject – each project – each activity is a door for children to understand themselves better, become stronger, and happier.

We don't teach 40 extracurricular subjects.
We have 40 paths for children to find themselves.

BUILDING A TALENT MAP BY AGE
To help children understand themselves – discover their strengths – and develop according to their true selves.
Sunshine Village believes that every child has talent, it just needs to be recognized at the right time and in the right way.
Therefore, we have built a Talent Map – a talent map by age, a system to track, discover, and nurture each child's unique abilities at each stage of development.
A Talent Map is not about "choosing a talent class," but a journey to discover who your child is – what they are suited for – and where they can go furthest.
1. STAGE 3–6 YEARS OLD: DISCOVERY STAGE
Objective: To identify early signs of talent – through play, experience, and natural reflexes.
We observe:
Motor skills, musicality, color perception
Concentration – perseverance – curiosity
Dominant personality traits: introversion/extroversion
Reactions when working individually or in groups
Speed of learning through movement, sound, and images
Creativity and imagination
During this stage, children are "opened up" to many fields so that Talent Map has enough data to analyze.
2. STAGE 6–9 YEARS OLD: IDENTIFICATION STAGE
Objective: To begin to see the pattern – the clear outline of talent.
Talent Map Tracking:
Learning Style
Logical, Mathematical, and Language Abilities
Musical Perception and Rhythm
Visual and Artistic Thinking
Sports: Speed, Strength, Endurance, and Coordination
Innate Leadership Ability
Emotional Sensitivity (EQ)
This stage can begin to categorize initial talents:
Art
Music
Sports
STEAM
Leadership / Communication
Logic / Math
Language
Children continue to experience a wide range of talents, but this is adjusted according to their dominant tendencies.
3. AGE 9–12: FORMATION STAGE
Objective: Identify true talents and eliminate unsuitable paths.
Talent Map focuses on:
Persistence in favorite subjects
The ability to learn independently/find materials on their own
Progress month by month
Deepness in mastering a skill
The ability to perform/showcase/compete
The joy of learning (intrinsic motivation)
This stage is crucial because the brain enters a "leap forward" phase, making true abilities easily visible.
Children begin to choose 2–3 core talents and are given a structured training plan.
4. STAGE 12–15: Optimization Stage
Objective: Transform talent into ability – from hobby to strength.
In-depth Talent Map Analysis:
Level of Commitment
Competition/Performance Ability
Talent Portfolio
Career Orientation Suitability
Leadership Skills – Teamwork – Presentation Skills
Positive Pressure Handling Ability
This is the breakthrough stage: children can begin international competitions or undertake art/sports/STEAM projects.
5. AGE 15–18: SPECIALIZATION STAGE
Objective: Choose 1–2 strongest abilities to include in their study abroad and scholarship applications.
Talent Map, in conjunction with Life Map, helps to:
Identify suitable career paths
Select key skills for scholarships
Build a portfolio to international standards
Guide students to major competitions (Music, Art, Robotics, Debate, etc.)
Connect with specialized mentors
Prepare for university studies: US, UK, Canada, Singapore, Australia…
Children not only know what they are good at, but also what they are good at.
TALENT MAP – A PATH TO HELP CHILDREN FIND THEMSELVES
Talent Map is a 5-stage journey, helping children go from exploration → identification → shaping → optimization → specialization, ultimately leading them into the future with:
Confidence
A clear identity
True abilities
Inner happiness
